Ofu, Kogi State — The Igala Kingdom at the weekend witnessed a momentous cultural celebration as Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah, Chief Executive Officer of Anarok Global Limited, and his wife were conferred with the prestigious titles of Omachi Éje-Ofu and Ochoniya Éje-Ofu.
The beading ceremony, held in Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State, drew a large gathering of traditional rulers, political leaders, business associates, family members, and well-wishers who came to honor the couple. The event was marked by colorful displays of Igala heritage, with drummers, praise singers, and cultural troupes showcasing the kingdom’s rich traditions.

The rites were performed by the royal father in accordance with ancient customs, formally installing Hon. Ogah and his wife into their new roles.
Hon. Ogah, who is widely regarded as a philanthropist and advocate of human development, has through his company, Anarok Global Limited, created employment opportunities, supported educational and vocational initiatives, and sponsored community projects across Kogi State. His service to humanity, observers say, earned him the recognition and responsibility that come with the titles.
Community leaders and elders described him as a “beacon of hope” to the people, while youths hailed him as a role model who embodies the blend of modern enterprise and traditional leadership.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Ogah expressed deep gratitude to the royal fathers, elders, and people of the Igala Kingdom for the honor. He pledged to continue supporting human development, as well as promoting peace, unity, and socio-economic growth in the land.
