Faleke and Senator Ocheja Coordinate Kogi State’s Participation in the Emerging 2027 Political Movement
Kogi State has joined the growing number of states participating in the nationwide political mobilisation in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima for a second term in the 2027 general elections.
The development marks another expression of political support for the Tinubu-Shettima administration, with political stakeholders and supporters from Kogi State aligning with the emerging national movement for the 2027 presidential election.
The state’s participation is being coordinated by Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, Member of the House of Representatives, and Senator Emmanuel Dangana Ocheja, whose involvement provides a leadership platform for mobilising stakeholders and supporters across Kogi State.
The coordination is expected to strengthen consultations among political leaders, party faithful, grassroots mobilisers and other stakeholders across Kogi East, Kogi West and Kogi Central.
With the 2027 general elections drawing closer, political activities and consultations are gradually gaining momentum across the country. Kogi State’s involvement reflects the determination of the movement’s promoters to ensure that the state’s political stakeholders are actively represented in the national engagement.
The initiative also places emphasis on political collaboration, organisational coordination and sustained engagement with supporters across the state’s 21 local government areas.
For the coordinators, the mobilisation provides an opportunity to bring together different political interests under a common platform of support for the proposed continuation of the Tinubu-Shettima administration.
As preparations and political conversations ahead of 2027 continue to evolve, Kogi State is positioning itself within the wider national movement, with Hon. James Faleke and Senator Emmanuel Dangana Ocheja providing the coordinating leadership for the state’s participation.
The unfolding political engagement underscores Kogi State’s involvement in the national discourse surrounding the 2027 presidential election.
